You have to try these Pulled Jackfruit Burgers! Jackfruit is a great meat substitute if your on a plant based diet. It can even mimic pulled pork! What makes jackfruit unique from other fruits is its protein content. It provides more than 3 grams of protein per cup, compared to 0–1 grams in other types of fruit. Pulled Jackfruit Burgers 🍔
Pulled Jackfruit:
2 cans of Young Green Jackfruit
1 red onion
1 clove of garlic
200 ml vegetable broth
50 g bbq or curry ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 tsp paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Red cabbage:
1 small red cabbage
5 tablespoons of herbal vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tablespoons rapeseed oil

Sauce:
2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp water
1 tsp chopped parsley

Also:
6 burger buns
1 tomato
1 ripe avocado
lettuce leaves

For the Pulled Jackfruit: Wash the jackfruit well and then wring it out a little. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Add together with the vegetable broth, the ketchup and the spices in the slow cooker and stir well. Cook at 85 ° C for 4 hours. Then tear the jackfruit apart with a fork. For the red cabbage: Cut red cabbage into fine strips with a large sharp knife or finely grate with a grater. Add vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar and knead well for 10 minutes, then stir in the oil and season again. At least 3 hours, preferably overnight. For the sauce: All ingredients stir until smooth. Assemble : Roast the cut surface of the burger buns in a hot pan. Assemble with sauce, salad, a slice of tomato, pulled jackfruit, a few slices of avocado and some red cabbage. Enjoy 😊

Chi di voi conosce e ha provato già il TOPINAMBUR ? Nei piani alimentari delle mie pazienti, molte volte lo inserisco come fonte di carboidrati per le sue innumerevoli proprietà. 
Vediamone insieme qualcuna:
1)dà un forte senso di sazietà grazie alla presenza dell’inulina. Quindi è un ottimo alleato durante diete dimagranti e per il controllo del peso. 
2)se associato a molta acqua, aiuta a regolarizzare L’intestino e a sgonfiare la pancia.
3)è diuretico e contrasta la ritenzione idrica e cellulite grazie allo scarso contenuto in sodio. 
4)abbassa il colesterolo sempre grazie alla presenza dell’inulina che è una fibra alimentare capace di ridurre l’assorbimento intestinale del colesterolo cattivo (LDL) e degli zuccheri. 
5) è ricco di minerali e fibre, ha proprietà digestive, stimola la produzione dei succhi gastrici e incrementa i lactobacilli. È una miniera di potassio, nè contiene più della banana.
Io l’ho utilizzato come fonte di carboidrati nel mio pasto di oggi e l’ho accompagnato con degli albumi e un uovo strapazzato, più della verza lessa. 📝Ingredients for 1 portion:
-100g banana 🍌 -70g cottage cheese 6%
-20g strawberries
-10g blueberries
-5 g drizzle of honey
-2g drizzle of cinnamon.

* 100 г киви
* 20 г миндаля

* 60 г риса жасмин
* 150 г куриного филе
* овощи по желанию

• 16:00 - перекус:
* 100 г сырников
* 200 мл ряженки
Смешайте 250 г творога, 1 яйцо, 50 г рисовой муки. Можно добавить сахзам.
Присыпьте стол мукой и сформируйте колбаску. Поделите на равные части и придайте сырникам округлую форму ножом. Пожарьте сырники на АП сковороде, смазанной оливковым маслом.

• 19:00 - ужин:
* 150 г творога
* 100 г помидоров
* зелень

▪️воды не менее 35 мл на кг веса тела

Una de las estrategias más utilizadas por los gobiernos y empresas para recomendar una “alimentación saludable” es la PIRÁMIDE NUTRICIONAL 🔺

Se trata de un organigrama en forma de pirámide de varios pisos, en el que se van incluyendo alimentos desde la base a la punta según lo importante que sea su presencia en una alimentación saludable y el numero de raciones recomendado
.
Sin embargo, aunque en los últimos 10 años en la versión española 🇪🇸 hemos avanzado muchísimo, aún pueden verse algunos errores, sobre todo de cara a productos que producen 💰CONFLICTO DE INTERESES 💰, (como por ejemplo los 🥤refrescos, 🍪galletas, 🍹zumos o 🥛cereales de desayuno, casualmente todos fabricados por grandes colaboradores y patrocinadores 💵💴💶 de la FEP, FEN, SENC, etc... 🤷🏻‍♂️)

E para quem reclama que come mal à noite pq não tem tempo de preparar, que tal apostar na simplicidade de uma “toast”?

Elas são um tipo de brusqueta que já viraram febre nos EUA 🇺🇸 (e até por aqui!).

Algumas dicas para garantir uma refeição nutritiva de verdade:
.
1) Pão- use um de qualidade, o que significa com farinhas nutritivas e o mínimo de conservantes. Procure na sua cidade fornecedores de pães mais artesanais como de fermentação natural ou sem glúten. Evite os industrializados, sejam quais forem. Com ou sem glúten depende de vc, do que vc apresente e busca em saúde. Embora o glúten não traga nenhum benefício à saúde, pode não trazer malefícios para algumas pessoas. Analise qual é o seu caso. 😉
.
2) Uma proteína - queijo, ovo, tofu ou hommus. Escolha produtos de qualidade que vc gosta e que te façam bem.
.
3) Uma gordura - abacate, azeite, pesto, guacamole... escolha uma opção! A gordura traz sabor e saciedade para a receita.
.
4) Vegetais - tomate, berinjela grelhada, pimentão, abobrinha... escolha o que quiser. Os vegetais acrescentam antioxidantes importantes à receita. 😍

5) Extras - finalize com temperos como limão espremido (ou raspas), ervas 🌿, sementes ou castanhas.

Vc pode colocar tudo num forno ou apenas o pão e ir montando.

O pão pode ficar congelado em fatias e vc descongela direto no forno ou torradeira. 😉

Früher hab ich mich täglich gewogen und jedes Ergebnis wurde notiert. 
Ich wiege mich zwar immer noch oft, aber nicht mehr jeden Tag und ich notiere nur noch „positives“! 😊
So kann es zwar auch mal sein, dass ich längere Zeit nichts aufschreibe, aber das notieren von +Werten hat mir immer ein Gefühl des Rückschritts gegeben und mich somit noch mehr unter Druck gesetzt bzw. demotiviert. 
Im April gibt’s übrigens die ersten Bilder. Wir haben uns am Silvester Abend (noch vor dem Raclette 😜) fotografiert.  Alle 3 Monate gibt’s neue Bilder um den Fortschritte nicht nur auf der Waage zu sehen. Bin sehr gespannt ...

The more bad carbs you eat, the more you want them. Those foods are absorbed fast and they do not keep you feeling full or satisfied. In other words, that big bowl of sugar doesn’t provide satiety like protein or fat does.

You chowed down on salty foods. As cliche as it sounds, salty foods contain salt, and salt makes to you eat more sweets you crave. Try to eat more naturally salty foods like makhana or popcorn, your sweet cravings will lessen, and you’ll tend to go for naturally sweet snacks like fruits when that craving comes on. See? Choosing clean foods leads to choosing more clean foods, no matter what the craving😉
